Every item is made-to-order through our trusted print-on-demand partners (including Printify), which means each product is created especially for you. Because of this, our returns process is a little different to traditional retail.
We accept returns or exchanges if:
The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The item is unused, in its original condition, and returned within 30 days of delivery.
We cannot accept returns for:
Change of mind (since each product is custom printed on demand).
Incorrect sizing, colours, or designs chosen by the customer at checkout (please check product details carefully before purchasing).
Sale or clearance items.
While we offer free shipping on our “PICK” Collection and all orders over $100 AUD, all returns are subject to our returns policy.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue:
A replacement item (if stock allows), or
A refund to your original payment method (excluding any original shipping costs).
Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and approve your return.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
Shipping delays during peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas, New Year) may extend return/exchange processing times.
If your order was shipped internationally, please allow additional time for returns to be received and processed.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee we’ll receive items otherwise.
